At the Fuori Salone of Milan Design Week, we presented the chair "CALLU," made of innovative carbon fiber composite material (Flexcarbon®), which is ultra-lightweight and moldable, in collaboration with SUNCORONA ODA Co., Ltd., which has a history of over 70 years. The chair was showcased at two locations: the Sforzesco Castle and the University of Milan.
The concept is "NEW MATERIAL FOR CREATIVITY".
SUNCORONA ODA Co., Ltd., inheriting the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship, has developed this innovative carbon fiber composite material (Flexcarbon®) from yarn processing technology, which is ultra-lightweight and moldable.
The chair was exhibited in the "Re-Evolution" event hosted by Interni Magazine, a leading Italian design magazine, at the University of Milan venue. Additionally, it was used as the main stage chair at the Sforzesco Castle venue hosted by the magazine Design diffusion, which disseminates Italian culture such as design, fashion, and food. The chair received great feedback during the event.
