Japan's sake culture is laced with the drama of heartwarming utensils. People have loved sake since ancient times. As part of a project to revitalize local industry, the exhibition will feature a number of newly developed and proposed tools for sake culture developed with Niigata craftsmen under the themes of "enriching communication between people," "enjoying milestones in life," and "enjoying encounters with nature," based on the traditional culture from Niigata's 100 Year Old Story.
